Booster Innovation Fund adds Goodair to its investment portfolio.

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Goodair (My Better Breathing Limited), to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

Goodair operates in the medical device part of the healthcare sector. It specialises in the development of mechanical breathing technologies. Their device, Goodair Nosebuds, provides a non-invasive, non-drug, effective nasal congestion solution, which aims to improve breathing by keeping the patient's nose clear and open. Goodair was formed in 2021, and is classified as a seed stage business, with its technology origins being from Auckland University of Technology.

BIF will make a cash investment of $100,000. Following this transaction, Goodair will represent 0.5% of BIF’s investment portfolio which supports over 35 companies, and with a net asset value of over $19.5 million.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz
