PLP/ BIF – Resignation of PLP and BIF Sub-Committee Member

16 February 2024

The Manager advises that Brendon Doyle, member of the Private Land and Property and Booster Innovation Fund Sub-Committees, has given notice of his resignation with effect from 21 February 2024. Brendon will be taking an extended period of leave.

The Manager recognises and acknowledges the contribution that Brendon has made to the establishment and significant growth of both the Private Land and Property Fund and the Booster Innovation Fund.

The Manager will be assessing options for the ongoing membership of its investment sub-committees, and will provide an update should more information become available.

Subsequent to Brendon’s resignation, the following are identified as Directors and Senior Managers for disclosure purposes under the NZX listing rules:
