Please see attached ongoing disclosure notice for director and senior manager relevant interests in relation to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF).
The disclosure also seeks to amalgamate units that were previously reported incorrectly as belonging to different beneficial owners. The amalgamated holding now correctly reflects the legal and beneficial ownership of the relevant units.
