Cooks Coffee Co. Limited has released a Capital Change Notice for the 41,326 shares acquired and cancelled pursuant to the less than minimum holding share buyback notified on 19 December 2023.
Following completion of the buyback, Cooks has 56,908,629 quoted ordinary shares and 1,207,000 unquoted non-voting shares (which may be reclassified on written notice as quoted ordinary shares) on issue.
