Summerset's June quarter sales more than doubled from the same quarter last year which was impacted by the covid-19 pandemic.The company said its June quarter sales reached a record for the June quarter in both new units and resales of existing units but it is warning it expects a marginal slowdown in the next couple of quarters.The retirement village operator said more than half the new units it delivers in the second half will be serviced apartments, memory care apartments and care beds and suites."These typically take longer to see...
